This allowed the temporary anchors to be progressively destressed during the excavation of the adjacent site.

LANGSTON PLACE, EPPING

PDS designed the foundation piles and the soldier pile shoring wall with shotcrete infill panels for this project with a multi-level basement. The Southern boundary of the site was immediately adjacent to Epping Road. PDS design report and drawings for this project were reviewed and approved by RMS.

ALFRED STREET, CBD

PDS designed the shoring system for this multi-level basement, residential development located in the CBD. On the North side of the site, the shoring design utilised the existing basement walls in conjunction with rock bolts, strand anchors and inclined bracing. On the South side, the design consisted of a secant pile wall with rock bolts.
